TExES ESL 154 Test Prep Training
TExES ESL Supplemental Review




"Participants will gain knowledge about ESL methodology, legal issues, and learning strategies that will help them pass the ESL supplemental 154 TExES exam. This is a two-day training. Day 1: Participants will review the domains and proficiencies of the exam in order to take the test. Day 2: Review activities and an opportunity to take a practice test."

$100 FEE WAIVED TO MEMBERS OF TITLE III SSA. Non-members pay $100.00 

This training is fully funded through Title III and it is intended for teachers who are not required by the state to be ESL certified, but whose students would benefit from teachers obtaining this certification.

This workshop is designed to help educators as they prepare for the TExES English as a Second Language Supplemental # 154 by reviewing key concepts aligned to the ESL Supplemental Test framework. This session will provide an overview of Language Concepts and Language Acquisition, ESL Instruction and Assessment, and Foundations of ESL Education, Cultural Awareness and Family.
