Language Proficiency Assessment Committee - LPAC




Participants will examine Chapter 89: The Commissioner's Rules concerning state plan for educating Limited English Proficient (LEP) students, participate and review the LPAC manual. The successful completion of this LPAC training will certify each participant as an LPAC member.

Important Session Information:


This six hour session provides extensive training on the LPAC Framework with updated information provided by TEA.  Learn state laws and policies for educating English Learners (ELs), LPAC duties and responsibilities, and guidelines for identifying, placing, exiting and monitoring ELs.
