In this training, we will focus on non-exempt districts understanding of Supplement Not Supplant Methodology requirements. In order to demonstrate compliance with the law, all LEAs who receive federal funds must have a Supplemental Funds Test methodology in place.

NOTE: If you are a district or charter school that receives federal funds, Section 1118(b)(1) applies to your organization: All LEAs shall use federal funds, received under this part only to supplement the funds that would, in the absence of such federal funds, be made available from state and local sources for the education of students participating in programs assisted under this part, and not to supplant such funds.
