Preparing for the Teacher Incentive Allotment: The Readiness Checklist and Application Process

This one-day training assists participants in determining their readiness for HB3'sTeacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), and will offer guidance in the drafting of their TIA Application or rationale for engaging in TIA. Participants will receive review on TIA's six success factors with an opportunity to determine their own district readiness, cohort timelines and upcoming deadlines, and then have the opportunity to work on a draft of their TIA application or planning for district design. TxCEE staff will be on hand during the afternoon to offer guidance in the drafting of TIA district rationale, as well as all other application components.
