Private Non-Profit: Providing Equitable Services

In this session, LEAs will learn how to comply with ESSA's requirements to provide equitable Title I-A services to private non-profit (PNP) schools. ESC staff will brief LEAs on how to seek out eligible students who attend PNPs, provide ongoing consultation to PNPs, and maintain adequate documentation of the process. ESC staff will also instruct LEAs on how to follow the fiscal requirements attached to providing equitable services to PNPs.
