CACFP: Prevent Serious Deficiencies with Effective Policies and Procedures and Corrective Action Documents




Participants will review the steps in the Serious Deficiency Process including the function of the National Disqualified List (NDL) as well as review and identify the key elements in written Policies and Procedures and Corrective Action Documents that will prevent serious deficiencies from occurring.

Important Session Information:


This CACFP training session is being provided by all ESCs across the state via Zoom video conferencing.  After registering, you will receive a follow up email that includes the Zoom registration link for this session.

You must know your CE name that is in TX-UNPS.  This information will be entered as the organization.

You also will need to enter that you are located in ESC Region 18.
