Chapter 37 - School Discipline and The Law

In this workshop, participants will gain knowledge of Chapter 37, meeting the requirements of TEC 37.0181, which requires appropriate administrators who oversee discipline to attend professional development at least once every three years. This training will also cover Campus Behavior Coordinators, Code of Conduct and TSDS discipline coding guidance. We also provide participants the opportunity to apply their knowledge of Chapter 37 through the use of scenarios.

Important Session Information:

Everyone who deals with student discipline will gain knowledge of Chapter 37 and discipline guidelines. We will also provide information on Ch. 37 and follow up with application via real life scenarios.
