The Active Learning approach emphasizes that all individuals learn best by active participation. Individuals with the most significant disabilities are often at great risk of developing reliance on others to interact with the world around them. Join us as we explore active learning strategies and create materials you can utilize in the classroom and home environments for this population.
Important Session Information:
Participants will be building sensory wall boards for their classrooms or home environments that encourage grasping, cause and effect, movement and other desirable sensory stimulation.
