eLearning GT 30-Hour Training Day 4: Creative and Critical Thinking
Fall 2022




In this online course, participants will explore the elements of creative and critical thinking. Strategies and classroom applications will be investigated and analyzed. Participants will contribute to the discussion boards, share their own experiences, and research information. The objectives will be met through Internet investigations, investigation of district information and practices, threaded collaborative discussions, quizzes, and assignments. This workshop is aligned to the Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) teaching standards for Gifted Education and the combined standards set forth by the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) and the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC). This workshop meets the Texas State Plan requirements for 30-Hour Initial Training.

Important Session Information:


Most sessions are free to Tailor-Made package participants, with the possible exception of the cost of materials and required fees.  If not in a Tailor-Made package, the fee for this 30-hour training is $75 per day per participant plus the cost of materials.

This self-paced course begins 9/12/22.

All course work must be completed by 12/2/2022.

Certificates Provided by 12/16/2022.
