For many school staff, the prospect of engaging employers can be intimidating. This final webinar focuses on engaging employers in a new way and seeing the process through to a job placement. In addition, strategies for supporting an individual on the job will be discussed. This includes establishing roles and responsibilities of schools, TWC and other partners to provide needed supports such as transportation and job coaching.
