Cross-Linguistic Connections to Increase Language Proficiency

This session is designed to provide teachers of emergent bilingual students with the instructional tools needed to effectively support language development. Participants will explore strategies that can be applied in Bilingual, ESL and Dual Language classrooms. This training will focus on making explicit cross-linguistic connections to maximize language development and increase growth in students’ academic language proficiency. PK-5
