The Region 18 ESC Maxwell Leadership Institute of Texas, iLead leadership values initiative was designed to provide school aged students with an environment for leadership values to be introduced, practiced, and shared through transformation tables around 16 core leadership values. During the session, you will receive information about iLead, the values initiative and details around the Region 18 ESC and Maxwell Leadership Foundation partnership. We will explain how your district, campus, teachers, and students can become involved and share next steps for sponsor training.
