A Behavior Blueprint: Upgrading Your Tools to Support Students with Challenging Behaviors
Share
Having a strong classroom management is a "must" if you're an educator, but when teaching students with additional challenges, teachers may need additional tools in their toolbox. Learn how to further identify WHY a student may be motivated to act out in class, apply techniques to increase student motivation toward desired behaviors, and HOW to implement proactive behavior strategies before behaviors occur. Specific techniques will also be provided for students with special needs such as ADHD, autism, and emotional disturbance. Through group activities, professional networking, and research-based principles, participants will leave with sharper tools, hands-on strategies, and more confidence in implementing behavior plans.
