The PBFCC is an opportunity for groups such as CPS staff, child placing agencies, CASA, judges, school counselors and foster care liaisons to discuss and learn about the educational needs, challenges, and opportunities for students in foster care. It provides all involved with foster care children and opportunity to meet and collaborate.
