Basic Hearing Certification




Participants will become certified to use the audiometer for hearing screening. Other signs and symptoms of hearing disorders will also be discussed.

Important Session Information:


The Hearing Screening Program at the DSHS works to identify children with hearing disorders who attend any public, private, parochial, denominational school or a DFPS licensed child care center and licensed child care home in Texas.

Please bring your Audiometers.
