Effective School Framework
1.1 Roles and Responsibilities




The goal of the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) is to provide a clear vision for what districts and schools across the state do to ensure an excellent education for all Texas students. The ESF was developed in conjunction with school and district leaders and included a national review of research about what makes high-performing schools excellent.

Important Session Information:


Participants will learn the difference between a job description for an applicant and the need to define roles and responsibilities for individuals and teams. They will create their differentiated appraisal lists that include the evaluation method. Participants will have the afternoon to build their roles and responsibility playbook.

This session is free for participants from districts that participate in a Tailor-Made package.This session is $225 for districts that do not participate in a Tailor-Made package.
