T-PESS
T-PESS for Assistant Principals

The intended purpose of the Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System is to assess the principal’s performance in relation to the Texas Principal Standards. This evaluations system is to serve as a measure of leadership performance and guide leaders to reflect upon and improve their effectiveness. T-PESS will also guide professional development and serve as a tool in developing coaching and mentoring programs for principals. T-PESS is open to administrators who are principals or will be evaluating principals using the T-PESS model.
