TALA Academy - Content

Texas Adolescent Literacy Academy: Content Area Instructional Routines to Support Academic Literacy. This academy is designed for 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade teachers of science, social studies, and math. Teachers will learn to implement a consistent set of evidence-based, comprehension and vocabulary instructional routines within the context of their content lessons. This academy is a day-and-a-half, face-to-face training.
