Group Work and True Collaboration
Student-Centered Activities and Accountability in the ELAR Classroom

This workshop will help teachers develop activities for group work that requires all students to participate..

Important Workshop Information:

How can you ensure that each student has participated in and contributed to a group work task? Join me as we explore the do's, the don'ts, and best practices of successful student group work and collaboration. Students should be held accountable for their part during group work. It is our responsibility to create assignments where students take responsibility for their own learning after the task is complete. We will look at activities and strategies that will hold each student accountable for their contributions in small group assignments.
