  • Understanding parents’ court-ordered rights to make educational decisions for their child(ren) and orders for possession and access in divorce decrees, establishment orders, suits affecting the parent-child relationship, and modification orders;
  • A discussion regarding orders related to Child Protective Services involvement;
  • How to deal with issues that arise when court orders are silent or vague as to certain parental rights; and
  • An overview on protective orders, termination of parental rights, and non-disclosure orders.                                                                                                                                                              Presenter:  Attorney, Jill Williams, Powell, Youngblood & Taylor
