This Food Manager’s Certification Course is for food managers working at a center operating CACFP. This is an essential course for those who need to obtain a certificate in order to work in a food establishment. This class will explore fundamentals of food safety, food borne illness, time and temperature control, preventing cross-contamination, cleaning and sanitizing, safe food preparation, receiving and storing food and applicable food safety regulations. Spaces are limited to 2 per Center.
