Grant Overview and Tips for Success




The Jobs and Education for Texans (JET) program was allocated $50 million for the FY22-23 biennium to provide grants to public community, state and technical colleges, and independent school districts to purchase and install equipment necessary for the development of career and technical education courses or program that lead to a license, certificate or post-secondary degree in a high-demand occupation. Public community, technical colleges, and independent school districts are eligible to apply for this funding if the district has entered into a partnership with a public junior college or public technical instituteEligible educational institutions can apply for JET funding through a competitive grant process.  Come learn more about this grant opportunity and how to apply for 2022 funding.

Join us as we walk through the 2022-2023 Jobs & Education for Texans (JET) Grant program guidelines, how to successfully obtain a Letter of Support, the grant components, and tips for a successful submission. 

The deadline to submit is June 9th! 

This will be a virtual training.
