Important Breakout Information:
This session will be offered in Spanish. Food Safety in Schools is designed to provide school nutrition employees with up-to-date information for managing a safe and sanitary school nutrition program. Participants will take a deep dive into food safety learning how to prevent foodborne illness, basics of the microorganisms that can get us sick and how to work within the food safety program at your school. *Please note that this is a multi-day session. Participants will attend all day Wednesday (7/15) and two hours Thursday (7/16) morning.* Professional Standards Crediting: 8 hours--2000; 2600; 2620
