The purpose of transition services is to bridge the knowledge, skills, and supports developed during public school years to adult activities and supports. The goal is to provide effective and appropriate transition services that are individualized for each student. This recorded webinar will provide an overview of effective research-based practices for transition from elementary school through to adult transition programs for students 18 through 21.
