Secondary teachers will participate in the Talk, Read, Talk, Write routine to support students in accessing prior knowledge, building comprehension and fluency, and writing fluency.
The book answers the question, "How can I get the students to do this on their own? How can I inch them toward independence? Can they do a little more?"
The Talk, Read, Talk, Write routine will assist students toward becoming independent readers, writers, and thinkers.
