This year’s featured presenters will include Mr. Eric Litwin, famed author of “Pete the Cat” books and co- founder of the Learning Groove. Eric Litwin is a song singing, guitar strumming, # 1 New York Times Best Selling, award winning author who brings early literacy and music together. He is the original author of the Pete the Cat series as well as the author of The Nuts and Groovy Joe. Eric believes that learning to read is both taught and joyfully experienced. And, the more fun the more learning.
Eric's books have sold over 13 million copies, been translated into 17 languages, and won 26 literacy awards including a Theodor Geisel Seuss Honor Award.
Also, the amazing Jennifer Daniels will return. She is co-founder of the Learning Groove. Jennifer offers lively, humorous, interactive workshops for educators seeking to build this fun way of learning into their curriculum. With a masters in counseling, and certification in Autism Movement Therapy, Jennifer teaches participants how to facilitate intentional play that draws kids into learning.
