This virtual workshop will show you a simple ad easy way to design a student directed classroom utilizing reader's and writers workshop. The approach will allow you to provide targeted instruction, and allow your students to build stamina, fluency and comprehension while preparing them for STAAR.
** DISTRICTS THAT ARE A MEMBER OF THE "CLASSROOM CONTENT" CONTRACTED SERVICE HAVE PRE-PAID FOR CONTENT TRAININGS, AND THEIR TEACHERS WILL NOT BE CHARGED WORKSHOP FEES. However, some sessions may still include minimal fees intended to recoup costs for materials or resources provided in the session (such as resources/activity books, etc.) Participants continue with the registration process, and the WORKSHOP fee will be waived at check-out.
