Workshop specifically for Mental Health/Safety.

Important Session Information:


Mind body skills strategies use the power of the mind to manage stress, pain and difficult life events and leads to increased resilience and coping.  These skills are effective for people of all ages and are easily adapted for use in all settings!  This session will be interactive and will give participants an introductory opportunity to learn and practice skills such as breath work, focused attention, grounding, movement, mindfulness, guided imagery and expressive arts.
