The first year teaching math is challenging enough in a traditional classroom setting. But, adding all the unknown elements of what back-to-school might look like, and several new questions come to the surface. If you are a brand new math teacher, or even if you've taught before and this is your first year teaching math, this session is the one you need! We will provide new math teachers with information and materials that are not only current in today's educational climate, but specific to the math classroom.
** DISTRICTS THAT ARE A MEMBER OF THE "CLASSROOM CONTENT" CONTRACTED SERVICE HAVE PRE-PAID FOR CONTENT TRAININGS, AND THEIR TEACHERS WILL NOT BE CHARGED WORKSHOP FEES. However, some sessions may still include minimal fees intended to recoup costs for materials or resources provided in the session (such as resources/activity books, etc.) Participants continue with the registration process, and the WORKSHOP fee will be waived at check-out. This session DOES include an additional fee of $10, which is the standard summer fee.
