ESC-03, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.

Important Session Information:


This training will help participants in identifying recommended practices for handling and storing fresh produce. Discussion will include best practices for all equipment types.

Target Audience: All SNP Staff and All CACFP Staff
