Stress Management and Resilience Training (SMART) by Dr. Amit Sood is an innovative, fun, engaging, and simple approach toward twenty-first-century stress. The program shares 4 practices that can help you to take back control of your brain, so you live your days with greater intentionality, courage, hope, and inspiration. Lunch will be provided to celebrate counselors and the afternoon will have a variety of self-care options.
