A collaborative comprehensive needs assessment (CCNA) provides an all-in-one resource that brings together requirements and recommendations for the 5 ESSA Federal Programs. This involves a variety of stakeholds looking at a variety of data sources. The CCNA eliminates the need to incite stakeholder participation at several different times to address the same requirements.
