Region 3 Spring School Safety Summit




Training on School Safety.

Important Session Information:


The one day summit will feature keynote speaker Dr. Leigh Wall, the retired Santa Fe ISD Superintendent. Dr. Wall will focus on lessons learned in the 2018 Santa Fe ISD shooting. Featured speaker, Retired Dallas ISD Chief of Police Craig Miller, will give a presentation on establishing relationships between school administrators and law enforcement and what protocols to establish before and after a crisis event. The rest of the day will include other national and state speakers on the topic of school safety.   This session will be held at the University of Houston Victoria Multi-purpose room located at 3006 N. Ben Wilson.  Please park in the designated parking spaces. There will be signs directing participants to the parking lot.
