Trauma Induced Behavior-How Trauma Impacts Student Behavior & Ways It Can Be Addressed
Share
Workshop specifically for Behavior.
Important Session Information:
Research has shown that traumatic experiences are associated with behavioral health, especially those traumatic events that occur during childhood. Participants will not only learn how trauma can impact student behavior but will also get a "deep dive" into defining and understanding the reasons why these behaviors occur. Finally, participants will get an introduction to Multi-Tiered System of Support, which provides evidence-based practices for inclusive instruction and improved academic, behavior, and social-emotional outcomes for ALL students.
