We will be implementing new science standards in 2024-2025. This workshop will take a look at the changes to your standards that you will be teaching. You will learn more about the Scientific and Engineering Practices, Recurring Themes and Concepts, and phenomena. Participants will explore ways that science instruction may be impacted by the new standards.
By looking ahead participants will be able to reorganize resources as they teach this year to align to the new standards in 2024-2025. Please bring your laptop.
DISTRICTS THAT ARE A MEMBER OF THE CLASSROOM CONTENT CONTRACTED SERVICE HAVE PRE-PAID FOR CONTENT TRAININGS, AND THEIR TEACHERS WILL NOT BE CHARGED WORKSHOP FEES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A SUMMER FEE OF $10.
