Participants attending this session will negotiate on lists of behaviors that are considered teacher managed behaviors or automatic office referrals. A list of consequences that teachers have the power to levy against students (positive and negative) will also be collaboratively created. Lastly, a discipline process will be created for persistent teacher managed behaviors that would eventually lead to an office referral.
