This is an interactive workshop designed to provide participants a framework for communicating in challenging school environments. With a dual focus on electronic communication (email, Zoom, etc) and face-to-face interaction, participants will be provided models for how to respond to real-world student and parent scenarios. Examples and activities are challenging, funny, and sometimes surreal, and this offers effective techniques to manage, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts.
