The first portion of this workshop will take districts through the critical components of the budget and tax rate adoption processes, as well as discuss year-end reminders as districts prepare for fiscal year close. The second portion of these sessions will be spent working the SOF template for 2023-2024 revenue estimates using your certified values.
We look forward to you joining us. The session will be held at the Region 3 ESC office located at 1905 Leary Lane in Victoria, Tx. Please park in the back of the building and enter through the double glass doors. Someone will be there to greet you and direct you to your training room. The temperatures could fluctuate in the building so if you tend to be cold, you may consider bringing a light sweater or jacket. All visitors and attendees must wear their district/campus identification badge.
