Districts are invited to bring their data and work through entries needed to prepare the general ledger for fiscal year end with the support of experienced school business professionals. Topics include review of spending by PIC codes, project IDEA-B MOE, record receivables/payables, review for budget amendments needed, and more.
We look forward to you joining us. The session will be held at the Region 3 ESC office located at 1905 Leary Lane in Victoria, Tx. Please park in the back of the building and enter through the double glass doors. Someone will be there to greet you and direct you to your training room. The temperatures could fluctuate in the building so if you tend to be cold, you may consider bringing a light sweater or jacket. All visitors and attendees must wear their district/campus identification badge.
