Re-certification for vision and hearing screening. Certification must not be expired. Certification expires on the last day of the year, 5 years after last certification. Training will include a review of vision and hearing screening requirements. Please bring audiometer to demonstrate competence in hearing screening. Please bring your original certification card.

Please park in the back parking lot and enter through the back doors. Someone will direct you to Room 120 for the training.
