This 2-day training is a required training for all HQIM-implementing districts. District leaders who will be supervising and coordinating LASO grant implementation activities AND campus leadership and instructional coaches (if applicable) need to attend both days of this important training.
Day 1 will be an overview of the LASO Implementation Grant and its assurances, district and campus responsibilities, the implementation process, and change management practices.
Day 2 will be district/campus teams' development of grant-required implementation deliverables, as well as logistical coordination of implementation services for the 24/25 SY. Please make every effort to have complete district and campus leadership teams attend together to assure the best orientation to HQIM Implementation and to network with other districts also undergoing HQIM Implementation in 24/25.
