The Mentor Support contracted service comprises three comprehensive face-to-face training sessions for teacher mentors, totaling eighteen hours, strategically scheduled throughout the fall semester.
Additionally, campus administrators will receive a dedicated three-hour face-to-face training session. Monthly support will be facilitated through check-ins and/or Zoom meetings between the mentor and a dedicated ESC 3 staff member. Participants will be granted access to a digital library containing valuable resources.
