Incidents of anger and rage are on the rise, and all of us are impacted. Intense emotions require an equally intense focus on healing. Gain a better understanding of anger and rage’s differences, origins and impact. Then explore solutions for managing yourself, deescalating intense situations, teaching self-regulation, and facilitating recovery and healing for all involved. This will be an two day video based in-person workshop.
