This 3-part session is designed to assist district teams in creating a system-wide coaching framework that supports student-centered learning environments, including classroom management, student behavior, and classroom culture. Teams will have time to explore, develop, and initiate a process of:
- Supporting learning environment standards
- Collecting classroom observation data
- Utilizing coaching conversations
