Administering the Texas Kindergarten Entry Assessment (TX-KEA) by CLI [Virtual, Synchronous]

This virtual session clarifies the purpose of the Texas Kindergarten Entry Assessment (TX-KEA) and provides kindergarten teachers with an understanding of the literacy screening measures and how to administer the assessment. Participants will discover the various types of reports available for viewing data and will explore the CIRCLE Activity Collection to support instruction in the classroom.

Special Note: Participants must use TX-KEA. Participants need a computer, reliable internet access, and a CLI Engage account. Participants must be able to access their CLI Engage account successfully prior to the start of the session.Teachers will have opportunities to work with and learn from each other as they practice techniques presented during the training. Participants will need to print handouts prior to the training.
