This session provides kindergarten teachers with an understanding of the purpose of progress monitoring. Using TX-KEA data, the session will help teachers understand the skills and concepts addressed by the different literacy measures and their importance. Teachers will practice a process for evaluating data to plan whole and small group instruction using their Texas Kindergarten Entry Assessment (TX-KEA) data.

Special Note: Participants must use TX-KEA. Participants need a computer, reliable internet access, and a CLI Engage account. Participants must be able to access their CLI Engage account successfully prior to the start of the session. Participants will need to print handouts prior to the training.
