Online Bus Driver Recertification
Region 16 - Module 1





Participate in the online eight-hour recertification training course to maintain the three-year requirement for recertification as a Texas school bus driver. Delivered in English and online, the course is in compliance with all state and federal requirements and includes the required designated eight modules from the Texas School Bus Driver Recertification Course Guide.

Important Session Information:



ESC Region 16, in cooperation with ESC Region 4 is offering School Bus Driver Re-Certification as an on-line course. . This course consists of eight (8) modules which must be completed in order beginning with Module 1. Once you have followed the guidelines and completed the course, your school bus driver certificate will be issued by mail from ESC Region 16. Please verify with your school district if they will accept your re-certification from an on-line course before you complete this process as there will be no refunds once the process is started. Once registered, you will receive an email. At the top of the email click on "Manage Your Account" to access the session. Then click on the "Online Session" tab. Once you complete Module 8 of this online course you will need to print the Certificate of Completion and provide to your test proctor.
