Issues in Cultural Diversity for the LSSP





Attend this session to consider and discuss current issues in cultural diversity as it relates to the field of school psychology.  This session will satisfy the annual requirement for 3 hours of cultural diversity training that is required by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.

NOTE: Due to TSBEP regulations, this session will close 15 minutes after the start.

Session Description: As America's most culturally diverse city, Houstonians display a wide range of understandings of and approaches to variations in gender identity and sexual orientation. This workshop invites participants to explore the perspectives held by the region's most populous cultural groups and to equip participants with tools to foster discussion and student support in their work settings.
