This course focuses on the problem solving and consensus building that every leader should know and be able to do prior to chairing an Individualized Education Program (IEP) meeting. This training is focused on 3 training objectives: preparing campus leaders for meeting success, increasing collaboration through building leaders' skills, and problem solving many of the common pitfalls. The targeted stakeholder audience for this course includes campus administrators, principals, assistant principals, district administrators, campus staff and parents. This course may be taken on its own or as part of The 4 Tenets of IEP Meeting Leadership and Facilitation series.
