ESSA/EDGAR Compliance Seminar

The new Education Department General Administrative Regulation (EDGAR) consists of multiple parts and regulations. This seminar presented by attorney Tiffany Winters, partner with Brustein and Manasevit, PLLC, will offer a comprehensive update of the federal regulations that apply to federal education grant award including Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) , also known as the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Participants will have an opportunity to learn more about the programmatic changes reauthorized under the ESSA.
